  • tomatoes - 2 pieces;
  • tomato sauce - 4 tablespoons.

Cooking method

How to prepare this pastry step by step without an oven in a frying pan:

  1. Let's start with the test. It should eventually have the consistency of sour cream. In a deep bowl, beat eggs, mayonnaise and sour cream with a whisk. You can sprinkle a pinch of salt. Continue whisking until the mixture becomes more uniform. Add flour little by little and continue mixing.
  2. Generously grease a thick-bottomed frying pan with vegetable oil and pour the resulting dough into it.
  3. Pour tomato sauce (ketchup) over the dough. Distribute along the entire perimeter of the surface.
  4. We free the onion from inedible elements, chop it into half rings and spread them over the surface of the ketchup.
  5. Place meat products cut into small cubes on a layer of onions.
  6. We cut fresh tomatoes into thin semicircular layers or cubes. Place them on a layer of meat products. You can lightly salt the vegetables on top and season them with a pinch of ground pepper.
  7. Grind the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it on the tomato layer.
  8. Place the frying pan on the stove. Cover the dish with a lid and prepare our baked pizza without an oven over low heat. At the same time, it has every chance of becoming your most favorite pastry.
  9. You will know when the pizza is ready by the layer of cheese: it will melt. The bottom should brown and become crispy and firm. These baked goods can be prepared for future use and stored frozen.

Products for the test:

  • flour - 3 cups;
  • sugar - 150 grams;
  • honey -50 grams;
  • sour cream - 200 grams (20%);
  • one teaspoon of baking powder.

Products for cream:

  • sugar - 1 glass;
  • sour cream - 600 grams.

Cake making technology

Mix sugar, honey and sour cream. Combine flour and a teaspoon of baking powder by sifting them through a sieve. Knead the dough. It should turn out elastic and soft.

Divide the dough into parts. As a result, you should get eight identical koloboks.

Roll each part into a circle using a rolling pin. The diameter of the circles is 20-22 centimeters. Trim the edges of the resulting cakes using a plate or pan lid. The dough scraps should make two more cake layers. In total, we have only ten identical blanks for the cakes.

We bake the preparations only in a dry frying pan! The temperature of the stove should be moderate. To be sure, use the timer. Bake the cake on each side for no more than two to three minutes with the lid closed.

Cake cream

Preparing sour cream. To do this, use a mixer (or whisk) to beat the entire amount of sour cream and sugar. Continue beating until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved.

We form the cake by placing the cakes on a wide dish, coating them with sour cream. We also carefully coat the sides and top of the product with cream. Decorate the finished confectionery product according to your own taste. Some will consider it useful to decorate the cake with flowers made from cream, while for others it will be enough to sprinkle it with chocolate or coconut shavings. In any case, the baked goods must be refrigerated for at least 10 hours to make the cake more tender and tasty. After a day it becomes even tastier - keep this feature of the product in mind.

Cookies baked in a frying pan

Product composition:

  • one and a half cups of flour;
  • one egg;
  • eighty grams of sugar;
  • a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • three tablespoons of sour cream and vegetable oil.

Separate the yolk from the white. Add sugar to the yolk and add sour cream. Beat the ingredients with a mixer or whisk. Add vegetable oil to the mixture and beat again.

Sift all the flour into a bowl with liquid ingredients. Now we continue to knead the dough with our hands.

Roll out the finished dough into a roller. Its diameter should be 4 centimeters. We cut “washers” from the roller. Let's give these circles a more dignified look. If you have a meat hammer, lightly press it onto both sides of the future cookie to create a pattern.

Heat the frying pan at low stove temperature. No need to lubricate it. Place the cookies directly on the dry bottom. We hold the products for 4 minutes on each side. Once the side is browned, turn it over. Cool the finished cookies and boil the tea.

Biscuit in a slow cooker

If you have a multicooker in your kitchen, then there will be no problem with how to prepare an airy sponge cake. This cake layer, in turn, will become the basis for any cake. There are no boundaries when it comes to biscuit design. Your family will not be left without a delicate dessert if you learn how to cook these pastries without an oven.

Products needed for a classic sponge cake

Grocery list:

  • 4-5 chicken eggs, the fresher the better;
  • premium wheat flour - 1 cup;
  • sugar - 1 incomplete glass;
  • vanillin - a pinch or 1 sachet of vanilla sugar.

Please note that before you start cooking, you need to remove from the refrigerator all the products that will be involved in kneading the dough. They must stand outside the cold for at least one hour.

Biscuit in a multicooker: step-by-step recipe

  1. Let's grease the bowl of the machine with butter, this is necessary in order not to waste precious minutes after whipping the biscuit.
  2. Before starting cooking, be sure to sift the flour twice (or better yet three times) and add vanillin. Sifting is necessary not only to remove unnecessary inclusions that can interfere with the process and spoil it, but also because the procedure enriches the flour with oxygen. Thanks to this, the biscuit will turn out more successful: tender and airy. If you do not have vanilla powder, but vanilla sugar, then you need to add it to the egg mass.
  3. Break all the eggs into a deep bowl. Beat them vigorously with the addition of sugar. It is better to use a mixer for this purpose. First, you need to beat just the eggs at low speed and only when they foam slightly, pour in the sugar in several additions. Continue beating the egg mass for ten minutes. Speed is average. After this time, the speed of the mixer needs to be increased. The result should be a white fluffy mass, increased in volume.
  4. Add flour to the egg mixture. Stir gently with a spatula. Its movements should be from above in a circle. Do not be overzealous with excessive intensity: you need to achieve complete disintegration of the lumps, so we do everything very carefully. You also cannot knead the dough for a long time, otherwise it will settle and the biscuit will not rise during baking. And also do not use a mixer at the stage of adding flour.
  5. Carefully pour the finished mixture into the multicooker bowl and place it in the “Baking” mode. The temperature should be 150 degrees. Check the machine's instructions to see what temperature your kitchen assistant is at during the baking process.
  6. The time the biscuit is in the multicooker is 40 minutes. Depending on the model, slight deviations in one direction or another are possible.
  7. Important! Within 25 minutes from the start of baking, do not open the lid of the machine under any circumstances: the dough will definitely settle.
  8. Check the readiness of the sponge cake by lightly pressing on the middle of the cake. The baked product will spring back slightly. If this does not happen, give the biscuit another five to ten minutes, let it bake more.
  9. Remove the finished product from the multicooker and place it on a wire rack for several hours. When the sponge cake has cooled completely, divide it into two or three parts, thus making cake layers. Prepare a treat using your favorite cream or mastic. Don't forget about the impregnations and other attributes of a beautiful and delicious cake.

Canned fish pie

This quick multicooker pie will appeal to lovers of fish and “for the lazy” baked goods.

We need the following products:

  • a glass of kefir - it is better to take high fat content;
  • mayonnaise - 100 milliliters;
  • salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • baking powder - 1.5 teaspoons;
  • flour - 400 grams;
  • a teaspoon of sugar.

For filling

The filling for this baking without an oven will be a standard can of canned fish in oil - saury. One onion or one bunch of batun feathers. Instead of eggs, boiled fluffy rice performed quite well in this pie.

Cooking technology

  1. In a deep bowl, mix eggs with salt and sugar. Add kefir and mayonnaise. Mix the mixture with a whisk, so our dough will acquire a more favorable consistency.
  2. Sift the entire amount of flour into a bowl along with baking powder. Stir the resulting dough again.
  3. The eggs must be boiled, cooled and peeled in advance. Finely chop the onion (or green onion, depending on your preferences and capabilities). Chop the eggs not very finely. Drain excess liquid from canned fish and mash with a fork. Now mix all the ingredients for the filling in a separate bowl. Let's taste for salt. If the filling seems too bland, add a little salt.
  4. Lubricate the bowl of the device with vegetable oil without aroma. Pour out most of the batter. Place the filling on the dough and fill it with the rest.
  5. Cover the device with a lid and cook in the “Baking” mode for one hour. After this time, turn the cake over and bake for another fifteen minutes.
  6. Cool the finished baked goods on a multicooker rack.

Sausage pie

Here's another delicious pie from the oven-free baking category. It also applies to aspic. However, to prepare it we also need a layer of puff pastry.

Ingredients:

  • ready-made puff pastry - 200 grams;
  • sausage - 200 grams;
  • half a bunch of fresh dill;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
  • 130 grams of cheese;
  • spices to taste.

How will we cook?

Place a layer of puff pastry on a cutting surface. Don't roll out the dough. Cut a circle 6 centimeters larger than the diameter of the bottom of the multicooker bowl.

Grease the bottom with oil and place a puff pastry cake there. We straighten the improvised sides of the future pie.

Cut the cheese into small cubes. We do the same with sausage. Mix the ingredients and place in a bowl.

Beat eggs into another bowl and add mayonnaise. Mix all the products. Add finely chopped dill. Lightly beat the resulting filling using a whisk or fork.

Place the sausage and cheese filling on the puff pastry crust and smooth it out. Fill with egg mixture. We set the baking cycle to full, and as soon as the multicooker signals the end of work, open the lid. Take your time to remove the finished pie. It needs to cool so it doesn't collapse when removed from the bowl. After ten (or more) minutes, carefully remove the finished pie and start tasting it.

Such delicious recipes without an oven are great for both family tea parties and holiday dinners.

If there is no kitchen in the house, then the culinary life in it is doomed? Not really. There would be a desire to cook and eat home-cooked food, but there would be opportunities. Moreover, there are plenty of opportunities in our time, when all the stores are filled with kitchen appliances. Some devices will help you eat fully and healthy for quite a long time, and some will only last for a few days, but you will not be left without hot and tasty food.

Of course, you won’t be able to prepare a dinner party for 12 people with any appliance: an ordinary frying pan, a knife and a hotplate are indispensable here. But you will be able to eat quite tasty and varied food.

Multicooker

One of the most multifunctional kitchen devices, and its capabilities are only expanding. Multicookers based on rice cookers have emerged, so one of their main purposes is to cook porridge efficiently. This is why many people buy them. But this is a truncated approach. A multicooker can provide a complete meal, and it can be made for one person or for a family of 4-5-6 people.

The multicooker ensures constant cooking temperature and uniform heating. She fries and bakes, stews, works as a bread machine, steams, boils, makes milk porridges, prepares pilaf, yogurts, jellied meats, bakes muffins, and heats up food. There are multicookers, pressure cookers, which, among other things, cook under pressure and quite quickly.

Air fryer

This is a convection oven, the functionality of which is quite large. The food is processed with hot air, it turns out healthier than in a frying pan, without a lot of oil, the food does not dry out, and it turns out quite juicy.

The air grill can fry and bake, make kebabs, prepare croissants and pies, dry vegetables and fruits, boil, and reheat. Just like in an oven, pots of meat can be cooked and pizza can be baked. You just need heat-resistant dishes.

Microwave

Microwaves are multifunctional devices that are usually used only for heating food. And this is a big mistake. In the microwave you can make scrambled eggs, boil eggs for breakfast, make porridge, bake muffins, make popcorn.

Microwave ovens often come with convection and grill; the first function turns the oven into a full-fledged oven, and the second one adds flavor to baked meat and fish. By the way, you need to cook fried meat or chicken with their help. The microwave mode does not handle these foods very well. But with vegetables and cereals, microwave cooking time is reduced. So cooking in the microwave is often more convenient and faster than in the oven. You just need to carefully study the recipes for microwave ovens, since their cooking methods and times are very different.

Double boiler

The functionality of the device is limited to steam cooking. But in most steamers you can cook several different foods at once. All compartments are sealed, and odors do not flow from one compartment to another. In combination with a knife, cutting board and blender, a steamer will give you excellent healthy dishes: salads, light side dishes, fish and meat with various sauces, even pureed soups.

Roaster

He can do more than just make hot sandwiches. A roaster is a very small oven where you can bake fish, fry chicken and potatoes, and brown croutons. Of course, you won’t be able to cook a big lunch, but it’s quite possible to come up with something for dinner or breakfast for one or two people.

Mini oven

The same oven, only slightly smaller. Its functionality is appropriate: pies and cakes, casseroles, meat and fish, and so on. Everything that a regular oven can do.

Soup maker

Designed for preparing liquid hot dishes. Works great with pureed soups. However, ordinary soups also turn out quite well in it. Some soup makers can even make yogurt. In principle, the technology of this device is simple: at the bottom there is a rotating knife - a blender, which can be turned on or not. There is also a heating element and a timer. That is, a soup maker can cook and simmer something for a long time, maintaining the temperature.

Portable hob

Small hobs are bought mainly for summer cottages. They can be electric or gas. For the latter, it is not difficult to guess, gas is needed. Portable stoves are most often two-burner, but single-burner ones are also available. They can do everything that a frying pan and a saucepan put on fire can do.

Dryer

An indispensable device for raw foodists, but it can also be useful for ordinary people. Dries everything: vegetables, fruits, nuts. The dryer does this at a low temperature (that’s why raw foodists love it) and for quite a long time. But if there are no other options, then you can stock up on a book of recipes for raw foodists and live well for a week or two, until the thirst for fried and baked foods drives you to the store for more functional equipment.

Thermos

If things are really bad and the only equipment available is an electric kettle, then get a couple of thermoses. And you will receive a hot lunch. For example, you can brew porridge in a thermos (buckwheat will definitely swell and become edible if you leave it for a couple of hours). In a thermos you can make yogurt, sour cream, brew rice noodles or even very small noodles.
